III.Construction Procedure

1. Substrate Preparation

Requirements:Free of oil, dust, and cracks.Moisture content ≤8%.Flatness ≤3mm/2m.
Tools: Grinder, vacuum cleaner, crack repair materials.

2. Primer Application (Sealing Coat)

Material: 6230 Water-based Two-component Primer (Main agent: 20kg + Curing agent: 4kg/set).
Mixing Ratio: Main agent : Curing agent = 5:1 (pre-mixed as per packaging).
Coverage: 120g/m² (applied via squeegee or roller in one coat).
Drying Time: Touch-dry in 2 hours (at 25°C).

3. Mortar Mid-coat Application

Material: SW8400H Water-based Polyurethane Mortar Mid-coat.
Mixing Ratio: Resin : Curing agent : Aggregate = 2.5kg : 5kg : 14.2kg/set.
Coverage: 4kg/m² (2mm thickness, applied in 1-2 layers).
