i.Raw Material Usage and Cost (Per Square Meter)
Construction Step | Material Name | Proportion | Usage |
Sealing Primer | 6230 Water-based Two-component Polyurethane Sealing Primer | Main Agent: Curing Agent = 5:1 | 120g/㎡ |
Middle Coat Mortar | SW8400 Water-based Polyurethane Mortar Middle Coat | Resin: Curing Agent: Aggregate = 2.5kg:5kg:14.2kg/group | 2kg/1mm×1mm=2kg |
Epoxy Flat Paint | Water-based Epoxy Flat Paint | Main Agent: Curing Agent = 4:1 | 180g/㎡ |
Matte Clear Coat | T8115 Water-based Matte Clear Coat + D105 Curing Agent | Resin: Curing Agent: Color Paste = 5:3:2 | 180g/m² |
II. Core Advantages of the Solution
Eco-Friendly & Safe:6230 water-based two-component primer: Low VOC.8115 water-based matte topcoat: Solvent-free, compliant with hospital environmental standards.
Slip-Resistant & Durable:High friction coefficient of matte topcoat.Epoxy screed + mortar intermediate coat provides dual wear resistance.
Chemical Resistance:Withstands disinfectants (e.g., alcohol, sodium hypochlorite) and cleaning agents, extending floor lifespan.
Easy-Clean & Antibacterial:Smooth matte surface prevents dust accumulation.Epoxy topcoat offers antibacterial properties, ideal for high-frequency disinfection in hospitals.
Aesthetic & Comfortable:Matte finish reduces glare; soft colors (e.g., light gray, beige) enhance public space ambiance.
III. Construction Procedure
1. Substrate Preparation
Requirements: Oil-free, dust-free, crack-free; moisture ≤8%; flatness ≤3mm/2m.
Tools: Grinder, vacuum, crack repair materials.
2. Primer Application
Material: 6230 water-based two-component primer (20kg base + 4kg hardener/unit).
Mixing Ratio: 5:1 (base:hardener, pre-packed units).
Coverage: 120g/m² (1 coat, trowel/roller).
Drying: 2 hours touch-dry (25°C).
3. Mortar Intermediate Coat
Material: SW8400H water-based polyurethane mortar.
Mixing Ratio: 2.5kg resin : 5kg hardener : 14.2kg aggregate/unit.
Coverage: 2kg/m² (1mm thickness, single-pass troweling).
Key Steps: Eliminate bubbles; ensure smooth, pit-free surface.Drying: 12 hours (25°C).
4. Epoxy Topcoat Application
Material: Two-component epoxy topcoat.
Mixing Ratio: 4:1 (base:hardener).
Coverage: 180g/m² (1–2 roller coats).
Drying: 6 hours touch-dry; 24 hours full cure (25°C).
5. Matte Topcoat Application
Material: 8115 water-based matte topcoat + S-105 hardener.
Mixing Ratio: 5:1 (base:hardener).
Coverage: 180g/m² (1 roller coat).
Drying: 4 hours touch-dry; 24 hours full cure (25°C).
IV. Key Quality Controls
Mixing Accuracy:Mortar and epoxy topcoat must follow pre-pack ratios to avoid curing defects.
Matte topcoat at 5:1 ensures adhesion and matte effect.
Environment: 5–35°C; humidity ≤75%; avoid rainy days.
Thickness Tolerance: Mortar ≤0.2mm deviation; full coverage for topcoats.
Antibacterial Option: Post-application antimicrobial coating (optional) for higher hygiene standards.
V. Recommended Applications & Upgrades
Applications: Hospital corridors, wards, ORs, office lobbies, schools—areas demanding cleanliness, slip resistance, and durability.
Premium Upgrade: Replace 8115 with Shiquanxing 3001A solvent-free matte topcoat for enhanced chemical resistance and matte performance.
