Two component water-based matte floor varnish scheme

I.Product Overview：

Waterborne Acrylic Polyurethane Topcoat is a two-component water-based eco-friendly floor coating composed of waterborne hydroxyl acrylic resin and curing agent.

II.Product Features：

1.High scratch resistance, high wear resistance, and good toughness.

2.High chemical resistance. The paint film can withstand 10% hydrochloric acid, 10% sulfuric acid, 10% sodium hydroxide, and 50% ethanol, with no changes to the paint film after 24 hours of immersion.

3.High water and stain resistance. The paint film shows no changes after being immersed in water, engine oil, soy sauce, vinegar, etc., for 24 hours.

4.Good resistance to yellowing.

III.Product Applications

1.Protection for epoxy, polyurethane, and other resin-based surface layers.

2.Epoxy colored sand topcoat.

3.Protection for cement self-leveling surface layers.

IV.Construction Instructions

1.Before construction, a curing agent must be added, with a ratio of 6%. The curing agent should be slowly added under stirring, and after thorough mixing, it is ready for use.

2.The effective use time after adding the curing agent is 60 minutes.

3.When the temperature is between 20-35°C and humidity is ≤70%, the product's surface drying time is approximately 20-30 minutes. The hardness can reach Mitsubishi pencil hardness level 2H after 24 hours, allowing for foot traffic. After three days, the hardness can reach Mitsubishi pencil hardness level 4H, allowing for vehicle traffic. When the temperature is lower and humidity is higher, the hardness development is slower, and complete curing requires a longer time.

4.The coating amount of this paint is approximately 12-15㎡/KG.

5.The construction temperature should be between 10-35°C, and the air humidity should be ≤80%.

6.It is recommended to use pure wool short-haired rollers for construction. Before use, moisten the roller in clean water, remove the excess water, and then dip it into the paint. After each process, clean it with clean water or soak it in clean water. After drying, it can be reused.

7.When rolling, follow the principle of "rolling longitudinally, finishing transversely" for continuous construction without stopping to avoid roller marks.
